Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your will receive an e-mail, shortly after order confirmation e-mail with a link to the dashboard where you will be able to manage your subscription.

How to Access your subscription Account
- Log in to your Mítica Books account
- In the client portal menu there will be a 'My Account Subscriptions' option


After logging in to your subscription account, you'll see this panel:

Edit account details, payments or change Subscription Level
From the main panel of the subscription account, swipe down and the account details will appear:
- Edit the subscription product
- Skip payments
- Edit shipping information and payments
- Pause or cancel subscription

Skip subscriptions without cancelling
- You'll find several monthly payment schedules all marked for the 20th
- Find the date corresponding to the package you don't want to receive and click on 'Skip Payment'.
How do I find out which order I want to 'Skip order'?
Always bear in mind that renewals are due on the 20th of the month in order to receive the following month's box.
Ex: Payment on the 20th of October is for the November box. So if I don't want to receive the November box, I need to look for the order dated 20 October and 'Skip Order' on that date.
The month that doesn't want to receive the parcel, looks for the parcel dated the 20th of the month before the parcel and places the 'skip order'.
Pause or Cancel
Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled permanently:
- Log in to your subscription account
- Scroll to the bottom of the page where you will find the two options

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
